We will design a properly sized closed-looped geothermal system to ensure that you are comfortable in every season. The geothermal unit will pay for itself in five to six years. Chicane can both helps to retrofit your current home to geothermal ensuring your internal duct work is compatible with the switch and our smaller drilling unit will cause less damage to your landscaping.

The peak load of your space may vary even with the season as heating loads vary.
